Tsum Valley could be the excellent side trip and acclimatization phase before traversing Larke La Pass. Exploring entire Tsum Valley could take up to eight days. Highest point in the Tsum is at Mu Monastery, 4200 m elevation. Also a day trip from Gumba Lundang to Ganesh Himal Base Camp is the best part of the trek and that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Trails wasn’t marked and it is still not marked to Ganesh Himal Base Camp. Twenty two days is good enough for the Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek. There are still few other options to extend your trekking days more than twenty two or you can simply reduced the number of days to eighteen. However for general, we recommend 22 days Manaslu and Tsum Valley Trek.
